Booking Terms

Submission of a booking inquiry does not confirm an artist's availability and does not constitute a booking agreement. All engagements are confirmed only through a written agreement executed by the firm and the client.

Inquiries are reviewed based on the information provided, including date, venue, event type, budget and performance requirements. Incomplete inquiries may delay review. The firm may decline any inquiry at its discretion.

Terms including fees, deposits, technical requirements, hospitality, travel and cancellation provisions are set out in the written engagement agreement for each booking. Client payments are submitted through the firm's payment portal at pay.rosmithfirm.com.

Date changes, venue changes and cancellations are governed by the executed agreement for the engagement. Requests should be submitted in writing as early as possible.
